Approvals
County & NCA approvals: the paperwork before you break ground
The permits and approvals you need before construction, who issues them, and how Kaisei coordinates them for you.
Building legally protects your investment. Before the first trench is dug, a few approvals need to be in place. Here is the short version.
Architectural & structural approval
Your stamped architectural and structural drawings must be submitted to the county government for a development permit. This confirms your plans meet zoning and building codes.
NCA registration
The National Construction Authority (NCA) requires that projects above a threshold are registered and built by a registered contractor. Kaisei is a registered contractor, so this is handled for you.
Other clearances
- NEMA environmental approval for larger or sensitive developments.
- Water and sewer connection approvals where applicable.
- A structural engineer's sign-off at key stages.
We coordinate it for you
Approvals can feel daunting, but you don't have to navigate them alone — Kaisei prepares and submits the paperwork and follows up with the authorities as part of the project, so you can focus on the exciting part: watching your home take shape.
