Enquiry details you submit through our forms or our assistant "Kai" — your name, phone number, email, company, project location, and message.
Order & payment information when you buy from Kaisei Store or order house plans — items, delivery details, and M-Pesa transaction references. Card/PIN details are never collected or stored by us.
Usage data — pages visited and general analytics, collected to improve the site.

How we use your information

To respond to your enquiries, prepare quotes and estimates, and book site visits.
To process and deliver your store and house-plan orders.
To improve our services and website experience.
To send you relevant updates where you have asked us to.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example Safaricom M-Pesa for payments, our hosting and analytics providers — and where required by law. These parties are bound to protect your data.
