Kaisei provides construction, architectural design, project management, and related services, an online store for building materials, and ready-made house plans. Information on this site is for general guidance.
Prices, cost bands, and estimates shown on the site or provided by our assistant are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer. A binding price is confirmed only in a signed contract or formal quotation following a consultation or site visit.
Purchased house plans are licensed to you for the construction of a single dwelling unless otherwise agreed in writing. Plans may not be resold or redistributed. Minor customisation may be available on request.
Site visits booked through the website or our assistant are subject to confirmation by our team and any applicable site-visit fee, which will be communicated to you.
All content on this site — including designs, drawings, text, images, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Kaisei and may not be used without permission.
